Wine at Alba Ristorante

Wine

Alba is named after a city in Piemonte, in the heart of the zone known as the Langhe. Alba is surrounded by lush, gentle slopes, which are covered with neatly ordered vineyards, often shrouded in mist. The Italian word for fog, 'nebbia', lends its name to nebbiolo, Piemonte's noble grape. It is this grape that is used to make Barolo and Barbaresco, two of the world's great wines.

Piemonte, with more DOC zones than any other Italian region, produces many great wines. Alba Incorporates these and wines from all the regions of Italy Into a continually evolving list that also includes beautiful selections from California and Oregon

We believe that the right wine makes food taste better, and the right dish makes wine taste better. In keeping with Italian tradition, our wines are chosen to complement our menu, and we make every effort to ensure that every food and wine experience at Alba Is a special one.
